The story
Business and Service Design consultant with 10 years of experience across agency, consulting and product environments. I turn ambition into strategy and strategy into measurable execution.
Over ten years I have worked across agencies, consultancies and product companies, including Novartis, GenTwo, Sketchin, Softec, Accenture and Design Group Italia, on projects for brands such as Lenovo, ABB, Intesa Sanpaolo, La Marzocco and QVC. I work from research and strategic analysis to service blueprints, delivery and growth, managing clients and stakeholders end to end and mentoring design teams.
Originally from Rome, where I spent 18 years before completing my studies at Liceo Classico Dante Alighieri, I moved to London, where I studied for a B.Sc. in Product Design and Technology at London South Bank University. I then studied for an M.Sc. in Product Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano, and have since lived and worked in Milan, Lugano and Zürich. This international journey has shaped my experience and perspective on business, design and collaboration across cultures.
I keep learning, with a focus on AI: I completed the UC Berkeley Executive Program Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications and the Certified UX Design & AI course at The School of UX in Zurich, and I’m currently completing an Executive Certificate in Agentic AI Leadership at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
